Because the foot is three-dimensional, any two-dimensional measuring tool, such as a ruler or Brannok device®, can only approximate your true shoe size. Please also keep in mind that sizing may vary slightly between manufacturers.
Make sure you are standing and wearing the socks or stockings you will wear with your new shoes or boots. Place your heel against a straight edge. Place a ruler beside your foot and measure from the straight edge at your heel to the tip of your longest toe. Using one of the following charts, convert your inch or centimeter measurement to your shoe size.
Note: It's very common for one foot to be slightly larger than the other. Be sure to measure both feet and use the larger size to ensure comfort.
Properly fit boots should be snug in the instep, arch and ball of foot. Heel slippage is normal for a good fit. Boots will ‘break in’ and conform to your foot.

This 10 inch Union Flag western steel toe women's western boot features a distressed full-grain leather vamp, fox, collar and pull straps with a brown/union flag colored shaft. You can pull this boot on with ease thanks to the dipped topline and pull straps. Inside, the boot has a soft mesh lining that offers breathability to your feet while the steel shank stabilizes your foot and supports your arch. A removable contoured ventilated cushion footbed offers even more comfort. This square steel toe Lady Rebel Work has a dual-density rubber outsole for a comfortable and secure step and the rolled shank area allows easy placement in the stirrup. It's made with a double-row welt stitch for added durability and has a 1 1/4-inch rocker heel. These boots are compliant with the ASTM F2413 Protective Toe Classification and the ASTM F2413 Electrical Hazard Standard which means your feet are protected from falling debris and keep the bottoms of your feet safe when stepping down on top of electrical equipment.
